The Villa consists of two fully equipped apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first
floor. Each has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room and a large terrace
with the exceptional sea view. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Both
apartments have a washing machine.
The yard has an outdoor pool size 3:20 x 7:00, depth – the third pool 1.10m, and the 2/3 of pool –
1.50m. Beside the pool is a terrace with the olive tree and the sea view.
