Villa consists of two separated houses. Bigger one consists of two floors and two separated suites and
smaller has one suite.

each suite, hence it provides the lightness and sense of comfort all the time you’re here.

outdoor area with pool, terrace and garden, as well as nearby large and fully equipped summer kitchen
and tavern aka ‘konoba’ in traditional Dalmatian language, are spots where guests may gather, relax,
and enjoy in holidays together.
In total, in indoor area, villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 small kitchens, dining areas and living
rooms with sofas.
Villa accommodates up to 10 person.

Bigger house – ground floor: Ground floor suite has stylishly decorated open plan kitchen fully equipped
with all kitchen appliances, and cookery and cutlery needed. Together with the kitchen is dining area
with small table and chairs. Next is living room area with sofa that also may be used as an extra bed for
one person and LCD SAT TV.
Suite has one bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower.
Bigger house – first floor: First floor suite in bigger house is exactly the same as the one at the ground
floor. The only difference is that first floor suite’ living room is opened to the pool area / terrace by glass
doors.
Smaller house: Smaller house has one suite that consists of open plan kitchen with all appliances, dining
table, living room with sofa which may be an extra bed and LCD SAT TV, and bedroom with one double
bed and one single bed.
