Split exclusive villa offers everything you need for your luxury holidays.
Villa is located less than 10 kilometers away from Split center and famous Diocletian’s Palace. Since
villa is situated on hill it offers amazing view on Split Natural Park hill Marjan and sea from above.
This large villa is set up on 3 floors plus basement where is garage with 5 parking places and side
entrance to the villa are.
In total, villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each with private balcony, 5 bathrooms, kitchen and
dining area, living room, sauna, fitness room, and indoor swimming pool.
Villa is suitable for 12 people.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor you will find fitness and sauna room and one bathroom with shower. There is also
one bedroom with double bed and one comfy sofa that may easily be transformed into an extra bed for
2 people. Bedroom has an exit to the private balcony with view.
First floor:
First floor of this luxury villa is also a main floor, and here is the main entrance to the villa. Stylishly
decorated kitchen with all equipment and kitchen appliances and dining area with table and very
comfortable chairs, as well as living area with large corner sofa, fireplace, LCD SMART 3D SAT TV,
and Hi-fi audio system. One shared bathroom with shower tub is at the first floor, as well.
Behind the living room is a large swimming pool with Hydro massage system, counter-current
swimming system, and lightning. Pool may be heated, and there is also floor heating around the pool.
Swimming pool area is surrounded by glass walls, so you may enjoy a beautiful view from swimming
pool, too. There is also an exit door that leads to the large terrace in front.
Entire floor is covered with air condition units for cooling or heating, including hallways. Living room
and pool area are covered with floor heating.
Second floor:
Up the stairs you will find 4 bedrooms.
First bedroom is with double bed, beautiful private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second bedroom is also double, and the third one is with two separated, twin beds. Each of these two
bedrooms has its own balcony. These two bedrooms have shared bathroom with shower.
Fourth bedroom at this floor is with double bed and en-suite bathroom with large bathtub from where
you may enjoy one more amazing view through glass wall. This bedroom also has private balcony.
All bedrooms are air conditioned, and all balconies offers beautiful view on the sea and surrounding
nature.
Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all rooms in villa.
Outside:
In front of the villa is a large terrace and yard surrounded by greenery. There is a covered part of the
terrace with dining table and chairs, perfect for gatherings in natural shade or for having the meals,
since outdoor barbecue / grill is right there.
Parking is available right in front of the villa as well as in garage.
