Three bedroom house with pool is located near the Medieval Croatian town Trogir which is
under the UNESCO protection due to its valuable historical and cultural heritage.
House is just 80 meters distanced from the beautiful Seget Donji beach.
Warmly and charming decorated, this house provides familiar atmosphere during the stay here.
This seaside house offers beautiful Mediterranean garden and terrace with swimming pool in
front with Jacuzzi tube for full relaxation.
House is set up on ground floor with gallery formed staircase that leads from the living room to
the bedrooms upstairs.
In total, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining and living area, and one
separated toilet room.
House accommodates 6 persons.
 

Ground floor:
At the ground floor you will find modernly and fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and
eating utensils, dishes, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer.
Right next to the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs suitable for 6 persons. Near is a
spacious living room with sofa, armchairs, and coffee table. Living room is also equipped with
LCD SAT TV, DVD player, and indoor fireplace / wood burning which is great for the stay
during the winter period. Living room area is opened onto large covered terrace furnished with
table and chairs, which offers outdoor dining area, perfect for having meals during the hot
summer days.
At the ground floor is also one bathroom with shower and separated toilet room with washing
machine.
First floor:
Stairs leads from the ground floor living room, and when you’re up, you may see living room
area from above.
First floor provides entrances to the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with double bed, and
third one is with two single / twin beds. Each room has window with nice pool terrace / garden /
sea view. There is also one bathroom with bath tub at the first floor.
Outside:
In front of the house is a small but beautiful Mediterranean garden, terrace with swimming pool
equipped with Jacuzzi tub, sun beds and sun umbrellas. Covered part of terrace is furnished with
wooden dining table and there is also an outdoor barbecue / grill.
Near the house is a parking space.
